We have a team of 3 physiotherapists working across the Primary Care Network. The service is operated by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust on behalf of Coastal Fareham and Gosport PCN.
The team offer both telephone and face to face appointments for patients seeking initial assessment of musculoskeletal problems.
The team can refer to the appropriate musculoskeletal pathway as needed.
